Wow I feel as though I am moving into a new era in life...I think I finally know what I am supposed to be doing...anyone else ever feel lost? Like your walking around in the dark and bumping into things to find your way around.....
Well I think those days are behind me...
ITS A NEW DAY & I GOTTA NEW ATTITUDE
I feel as though I had an epiphany...
I was at the MAC counter (you'd think I worked there) and I was watching a beautiful young girl, maybe in her early 20's get her makeup done and I just started commenting on how good the make up was looking on her face...it was like it belonged on her face, if you know what I mean. Well when I said something to her she kinda shy'd away and was even embarrassed at being complimented. So her mom (who was with her) said oh I thank you I try to tell her that all the time and she never believes me...I was so flabbergasted by this so I had to dig in some more to find out what or who got to her self- esteem...(my first thought was a man, lol)!
Come to find out it was her high school experience that bruised her ego...Becasue she wasn't a size 2 she was an outsider, because she wanted to be in the in crowd, she wasn't allowed in...
But really who wants to be in a "click" that tears people down and tramples on other peoples feeling just to make themselves feel better....NOT ME!
I mean this girl looked like Marilyn Monroe and of course I told her and she had never noticed it until I said it...the makeup artist even agreed and so did her mother...I told her that she was ABSOLUETLY FABULOUS and never let anyone tell her different...I mean the converstion lasted quite a bit and by the end of it her mother was hugging me and her daughter had the biggest smile on her face, I could see the esteem trying to make its way back in....
Thats when it hit me..
ITS A NEW DAY N ITS TIME TO GET POSITIVELY FABULOUS
Now it the time to start building people up and helping everyone find their inner fabulousness! Men, woman, boys and girls lets get it together! Lets encourage one another. If theres is something that you found that makes you feel good share it with the world and I will do the same.
I created my YouTube page PositivelyFab101 to do just that and to help everyone dig deep inside and find that inner fabulousness that I believe we all have...and I am just the one to bring it out of u!
I found some of the simplest things will help change your look, but it starts from within...I encourage all that reads this blog or loves someone who has "lost their swagg" to look at yourself in the mirror everyday before you start your day and say "I love me, i am so beautiful, look at my lips, look at my eyes, look at my smile! I am so happy to be me I am all that and I don't care who don't agree I love me! N GIVE YOURSELF A BIG OLE HUG...It works trust!
